摘　　要：在海洋和大气中的振动系统不是真正稳定的振动系统,所以尽管天文周期是其运动的基本周期,但海洋和大气中异常事件的发生,如厄尔尼诺及黑潮的大弯曲,则并不具有固定的周期,它们仅是一种准周期的事件。关于使用天文周期预报异常海洋事件所应注意的事项,文中也提出了具体的建议。It is pointed out that oscillatory systems in ocean air are not real steady, although basic periods of the movements in ocean and air coincide with, the astronomical periods.So the anomalous events occuring in ocean and air such as the El Nino and the large meander of Kuroshio do not have a fixed period; they occur just as quasi-period events.The matters needing attention in the forecast of anomalous oceanic events have been proposed in this study.
