摘　　要：运用层次分析法(AHP)建立起一套系统科学的环境质量评价体系,并对长沙县进行环境质量的宏观评价。通过多目标加权函数法得出长沙县现状环境质量为优层次,整体水平较好,但全县还需要在城市、生态环境、基础设施建设和提高人民生活水平等方面加大投入力度,以实现全县社会经济的健康、和谐发展。The authors use Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） to establish a systematic and scientific evaluation system of environmental quality in ordeo to macro-evaluate the environmental quality in Changsha County. The present environment quality is superior in overall through method of multi-objective weighting function,but the investment is required to increase in urban construction, ecological construction, infrastructure construction and improvement of people ＇ s living standards to achieve the healthy and harmonious social and economic development in whole country.
