1958～2006年宜春市袁州区麻风病流行病学分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解宜春市袁州区麻风病发病情况及流行病学特征，为制定防治策略和措施提供科学依据。[方法]采用描述流行病学方法对1958-2006年宜春市袁州区麻风疫情资料进行统计分析。[结果]1958～2006年合计发病468例，年均发病率为1．31／10万。全年各月均有麻风病例发生，2～5月为发病高峰。男性发病高于女性，男女之比为8．36：1.15-49岁为主要发病年龄组，农民为主要发病人群。[结论]1998年以来已无麻风新发病人，仅有5例现症病人。[Objective]To study the epidemic character of leprosy in Yuanzhou district of YiChun, provide scientific ba- sis for control and prevention. [Methods]The data of leprosy reported from 1958 to 2006 in YuanZhou were analyzed with descriptive epidemiological method. [Results]468 cases were reported form 1958 to 2006. The yearly average incidence of leprosy was 1.31/100 000. Cases were found all around the month,but peak was from February to May. The incidence was higher in male than that in female, with the ratio of 8.36（male/female）. The most cases were at the age from 15 to 49 years old. And the peasants were the most important populations. [Conclusion]5 cases had been reported since 1998.
