彩色多普勒超声检测移植肾血流和早期诊断急性肾小管坏死的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声检测移植肾血流和早期急性肾小管坏死(ATN)的价值。方法:对66例肾移植术后患者和30例正常人的肾脏行连续的动态彩色多普勒超声检测。结果:彩色多普勒超声检测发现16例ATN患者,均经移植肾活检病理学证实。结论:彩色多普勒超声检测移植肾血流可早期诊断移植肾ATN,并监测其功能恢复。具有快速、准确、无创等优点,可尽早发现病情变化,对临床治疗具有重要的指导意义。Objective： To study the clinical significance and blood flow in the patients with acute tubular necrosis （ATN） following the early renal transplantation. Method： 66 cases of renal transplantation and 30 normal persons were studied by Color Doppler ultrasonography. Result： 16 cases of ATN were diagnosed among the 66 cases of renal transplantation, and finally diagnosis correlated with the pathologic changes of renal biopsies simultaneously. Conclusion：It is valuable to the transplanted renals to monitor the blood flow parameters of renal arteries at all levels by Color Doppler uhrasonography, and providing a fast, accurate, non-invasive technique for prediction the ATN and guiding suitable clinical therapies in time.
