摘 要:目的:观察内皮素在肺血栓栓塞溶栓过程中的变化规律,探讨内皮素在肺动脉压力变化中的意义。方法:肺动脉内注入栓子建立肺栓塞动物模型,测量栓塞前后及溶栓前后肺动脉平均压力(PAMP)、右心室收缩压(RVSP),用放免法测定血浆内皮素(ET)。结果:动物模型在栓塞后PAMP及RVSP立即升高,溶栓后明显下降,至溶栓后4hPAMP及RVSP仍然高于注入栓子之前。ET值也呈现相同的变化规律,而且ET与PAMP显著相关。结论:肺栓塞溶栓过程中ET及PAMP均呈现出规律性变化,而且二者密切相关,ET可能参与了急性肺栓塞后肺动脉压力上升。Objective:To observe endothelin(ET) and pulmonary arterial mean pressure (PAMP) as well as right ventricular systolic pressure(RVSP) trend during the course of thrombolysis in PTE and to study the connection between endothelin and hemodynamic alteration. Method:PAMP, RVSP were measured in acute PTE animal models, and ET was surveyed using RIA. Result: PAMP and RVSP increased immediately after embolism, and reduced soon after thrombolysis with Urokinase, but still higher than normal. ET presented the same trend, and furthermore, ET correlated to PAMP significantly. Conclusion: ET correlated closely to PAMP, which indicates ET may play an important role in PE hemodynamic change, especially in PAMP augment.
