摘  要:依据国家环保总局颁发的《生态环境状况评价技术规范(试行)》,集中讨论了城市尺度下,适用于生态环境质量评价的土地利用分类标准.通过解译2004年中巴卫星遥感影像,结合上海市区(县)的统计资料,进行土地利用现状分析、专项土地数据分析和城市生态环境质量评价.结果显示:通过计算生物丰度、植被覆盖、水网密度、土地退化、环境质量、污染负荷多项指数,能较全面地衡量城市生态环境质量;上海城市生态环境居全国城市中等水平.Based on "Technical Criterion for Eco-environmental Quality Evaluation" awarded by National Environmental Agency, the paper studied the classification system of land use in cities, in order to evaluate the quality of the eco-environment properly. Interpreting the RS images of Shanghai taken by Sino-Pakistan satellite in 2004, the paper got much data about the land use and some physical factors presenting the level of coo-environment quality. The research result shows such factors as biological abundance, vegetation, stream density, and land degradation are good indexes to indicate the quality of eco-environment of the city, and the quality of eco-environment Shanghai city is in the middle level in the country.
