摘  要:建材超市是建材零售行业的最新业态,上海是这一业态发展最快的地区.分析建材超市兴起的因素,宏观经济的稳定增长是其出现和发展的背景,居民健康、舒适和有品位的家居要求是其出现的直接原因,住宅的旺盛需求是其持续发展的动力.建材超市作为大型新兴业态,不可避免对原有建材零售秩序产生影响.分别从与摊位制市场的业态竞争、与建材专业街的空间竞争、建材超市之间的空间竞争角度分析建材超市面临的竞争环境.最后,依据全装修房比例上升、人口郊区化、新城开发等环境变化因素,对建材超市今后的选址提出建议.Home - improvement chain is a new retail type and has been developing fast in Shanghai. Probably, it is such factors as the growth of macro - economy, the requirement of health, comfortable and artistic home decoration and the blooming demands for houses which cause this phenomenon. As a new type of retail, home - improvement chains inevitably affect the traditional retail system. This paper analyzed the competition among the booth markets, special streets for selling building materials and home -improvement chains, Based on the changes of some factors influencing the market competition, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the selection of locations of the chains.
