摘  要:研究了热压温度和热处理对铸造-热压变形Nd-Fe-B永磁合金显微组织的影响,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察显微组织。结果表明,经过固溶处理Nd-Fe-B合金由主相Nd2Fe14B和富Nd相两相组成;较低的热压温度更为适用;热压后的热处理可以改善热压变形Nd-Fe-B永磁合金的边界显微结构。为最终获得高性能的热变形Nd-Fe-B永磁体提供了理论依据。Influence of hot- pressing temperature and heat treatment on the microstructure of hot - pressing cast Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic alloys was studied. The microstmcture was studied by ZEISS - 25CA metallographic microscope and KYKY - 1000B scanning electron microscope. The results show that Nd - Fe - B alloys is composed of Nd2Fe14B and Nd - rich phrases after solid solution annealing treatment, lower hot - pressing temperature is much more applicable and heat treatment after hot- pressing deformation can improve the boundary microstructure of hot - pressing Nd - Fe - B permanent magnetic alloys. It can probably provide theo- retical references for finally obtaining the high performance hot- deformed Nd- Fe- B permanent magnets.
