摘　　要：引用克林·盖尔西克、小艾尔弗雷德·D·钱德勒、叶银华等学者的观点,从家族成员拥有的资本所有权的角度对家族房地产企业进行了界定。针对我国家族房地产企业所面临的主要成长障碍,指出家族房地产企业的成长应在吸收外部资源的前提下,从封闭型态转向开放型态,据此提出了现代家族企业制度的模式取向。Using the viewpoints of Kelin E.Gersick , Alfred D.Chandler.Jr and Ye Yinhua, this paper defines family-owned real estate enterprises from the perspective of the members owning the capital ownership. In view of the family-owned real estate enterprises facing major obstacles of growth, it points out that the growth of the family- owned real estate enterprises should change from closed type to open type under the external resources being absorbed. According to this, this paper proposes the model orientation of the modern family-owned enterprise system.
