摘　　要：分析了风险管理的发展历程与趋势,提出了工程项目集成风险管理的基本原则。建立了工程项目集成风险管理的系统模式,该系统模式是工程项目集成风险管理的目标、文化、组织、方法、信息系统等的有机结合,是以风险管理目标为核心的立体系统,反映了项目风险管理的现实需求,丰富了风险管理及项目管理理论。This paper analyzes the course and trend of risk management , puts forward the basic principle and sets up the system pattern of integrated risk management in construction project. This system pattern includes target, cuhure,organization,method and information system of integrated risk management in construction project. And it is a tridimensional system , which not only reflects requirements of project risk management, but also extends theories of risk management and project management.
