摘 要:目的:调查儿科病房产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(extended-spectrum beta-lactam ases,ESBLs)菌的感染和耐药状况。方法:用纸片初筛试验和表型确证试验检测ESBLs,用K-B纸片扩散法对抗菌药物进行敏感试验。结果:大肠埃希菌和克雷伯菌是产ESBLs的两种主要革兰氏阴性杆菌。产ESBLs菌的耐药率与不产ESBLs菌相比差异有显著性。结论:儿科病房产ES-BLs菌所导致的感染已不容忽视;产ESBLs菌对大多数抗生素耐药。Objective : To investigate the infection and drug resistance of extended - spectrum beta - lactamases (ESBLs) - producing bacteria in pediatrics. Methods: ESBLs were detected by two kinds of methods. The drug - sensitive test of ESBLs - producing strains was done according to K - B method. Results: Escherichia coli and Klebsiella were two main kinds of ESBLs - producing bacteria. There were significant differences between the resistance rates of ESBLs - producing strains and no ESBLs - producing strains. Conclusion: The infections of ESBLs - producing strains are serious in pediatrics. The resistant rates of ESBLs - producing strains to most antibiotics are high.
