摘　　要：当前，利用地理信息系统（ＧＩＳ）技术研究开发的决策支持系统（ＤｅｃｉｓｉｏｎＳｕｐｐｏｒｔＳｙｓｔｅｍ）主要是单体的，这种系统在决策过程中容易犯主观随意性毛病。如何发挥集体智慧，开发基于地理信息系统的群体决策支持系统（Ｇｅｏｇｒａｐｈｙｉｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎｓｙｓｔｅｍｂａｓｅｄｇｒｏｕｐｄｅｃｉｓｉｏｎｓｕｐｐｏｒｔｓｙｓｔｅｍ）是当前探索中的一大热点。本文就ＧＩＳＢＧＤＳＳ及其功能与体系结构等问题作了设计，对目前的ＧＩＳ产生什么影响也作了探讨。At present, decision support system designed for single user sometimes can lead to undesired result due to user's subjectivity during the decision process.How to make good use of group intelligence and project group decision surpport system are the main problems in the GIS of today. The thesis mainly focus on the design of the explanation of functions and something related to GDSS in the territory of GIS.What influence GDSS has upon GIS is aslo discussed and introduced in this paper.
