摘 要:[目的]研究环境生态因子对烟叶品质的影响。[方法]以K326与云烟85为试材,选取中部烟叶测定各项生理生化指标,采用生理生化指标与生态指标关联的因子分析法,研究生态环境与烤烟品质的关系。[结果]烤烟叶片内所测得的16种氨基酸中,以谷氨酸含量最高,约占到总氨基酸含量的1/3。两品种中,以云烟85的氨基酸含量最高。土壤pH值和含钾量对烟叶氨基酸影响较大。土壤pH值和海拔对叶片厚度影响最大,与海拔呈正相关,与土壤pH呈负相关。土壤含氮量和土壤pH值对比叶重影响较大。环境对色素的影响较大,其中对叶绿素的影响比对类胡萝卜素的影响更大。温度和海拔高度对腺毛密度影响较大,与海拔高度呈负相关,与温度呈正相关。[结论]环境生态因子影响烤烟的内外品质。[Objective] The purpose was to study on effect of environmental and ecological factors on tobacco quality. [Method] With K326 and Yuanyan 85 as tested materials, each physiological and biochemical index of middle tobacco plant were determined to study the relationship between the ecological environment and flue -cured tobacco quality by factor analysis method of combination of physiological and biochemical indexes and ecological indexes.[Resuh] Among 16 kinds of amino acid in the leaves of flue -cured tobacco, the content of glutamic acid was highest, being about one third of total amount of amino acid. In two tobacco varieties, the content of amino acid in Yuanyan 85 was highest. Among the ecological factors, the pH value and potassium content in soil had a greater impact on the amino acid in tobacco leaf. The pH value in soil and elevation had a greatest impact on the thickness of the blade which was positively related with the elevation and negatively related with the pH value. The nitrogen content and pH value in soil had a greater impact on the specific leaf weight. The environment effect was greater on pigment, in which, the more impact was on chlorophyll than on the earotenoids. The temperature and altitude showed a greater impact on the density of glandular hairs which was negatively correlated with temperature and positively correlated with temperature. [Conclusion] The environmental and ecological factors could affect the internal and external quality of flue-cured tobacco.
