摘　　要：综述了发光细菌法的原理及在土壤重金属毒性检测中的影响因素,并比较了该方法与传统检测方法的优缺点。The principle of luminescent bacteria method and the influences of application it in detecting toxic heavy metals in soil were summarized. And the excellence and shortcoming of this method were compared with the traditional detection method.
