摘　　要：目的探讨评价正常胎儿心功能的实用方法。方法2006年11月至2007年6月在上海市国际和平妇幼保健院选取100例22～34岁正常孕妇的胎儿[胎龄20～40周,平均(28.4±4.5)周],按孕周分为4组,分别取得左、右心房室瓣和大动脉瓣口脉冲多普勒血流频谱,测量相应时间间期和当时心率,用平均心率进行校正,计算左、右心室Tei指数。结果Tei指数在每例胎儿均成功测得,各组均符合正态分布。左、右心室Tei指数分别为0.311±0.069和0.296±0.074,在整个中、晚孕期保持稳定,不随孕周的增加而变化(P>0.05),与胎心率亦无相关性(P>0.05)。结论测量胎儿心室Tei指数时,经平均心率校正后的脉冲多普勒是一种简便、准确、重复性好的方法,确立Tei指数正常值可使其有效应用于产科胎儿监测。Objective To measure Tei index in normal fetuses by heart rates - modified pulsed Doppler and investigate a more practical and unified method. Methods 100 normal fetuses （ 20～40weeks, mean 28.4±4. 5weeks ） were derided into four groups due to gestational ages. In mitral, tricuspid inflow and both ventricular outflow Pulsed Doppler patterns, Time intervals were measured and modified by heart rates, then Tei index was calculated. Results The Tei index of left and fight ventricle was 0.311±0. 069 and 0. 296±0. 074 respectively and obeyed the normal distribution in every group. In second and third trimester Tei index in normal fetuses kept constant, and was not related to heart rate （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Modified by mean heart rates,pulsed Doppler is an easy,accurate and repeatable method to measure Tel index in fetuses. Unified measurement and normal value are needed to use Tei index in obstetrics health care.
