摘　　要：将旅游业和房地产业结合的所谓旅游房地产(或称旅游景观房地产),由于其丰厚的利润,更为旅游界和房地产商所重视。有鉴于此,将城市发展与房地产开发结合起来考虑,提出了发展景观房地产、建设景观城市的新景观房地产概念。并论证了景观房地产与城市化的相互促进作用。The tourism and the real estate industry are combined and result in so-called traveling real estate （or called traveling landscape real estate）. Due its rich profit, the tourist circles and real estate business take it seriously. Taking this into consideration,the paper unifies the urban development and the property development and proposes a new concept：landscape real estate. And it has also proven mutual promoter action of the landscape real estate and the urbanized.
