摘 要:研究开发了一套基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)、晶闸管可控充电函数技术、光纤技术、触摸屏技术在内的智能化冲击电流试验系统,该试验系统采用模块式结构,分为发生器控制系统、充电整流电源、发生器本体、测量系统、数据采集处理系统5个单元,实现了在触摸屏上设置各种控制参数或操作。该系统具有自动充放电、自动接地、自动报警等功能,带有过电流和过电压等保护措施。冲击电流试验系统可通过电容、电感和电阻的不同变换组合产生1.2/50μs冲击电压和8/20μs冲击电流组合波,用以模拟各种雷电流波形,适合对各种过电压防护设备和保护器件进行雷电冲击电流试验。An intelligent impulsive current test system based on PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) is developed,which applies the technologies of controllable charge function,optical fibre and touching screen. It has modularized structure,including five units :generator control system,charge commutation power supply,impulsive current generator,measurement system and data acquisition management system. Via touching screen,various control parameters are set and operations are carried out. The test system has automatic charge-discharge,grounding and alarming functions,as well as over-current and over-voltage protections. Different combinations of capacitors,inductors and resistors generate different impulsive current waveforms composed of 1.2-50 s impulsive voltage and 8-20 s impulsive current,which simulate different lightning currents for the test of over-voltage protective equipment and devices.
