摘　　要：河流伦理学是近年来出现的一个新的交叉性人文学科。河流伦理研究要深入下去,必须要强化研究者的伦理学基础。一旦诗性智慧的理念得到确立,如"黄河有没有生命"、"河流伦理能否成立"等就会成为无需讨论的自明性公理。河流伦理研究的哲学基础在于马克思讲的"按照美的规律来建造"。提出"增加河流伦理研究的学理内涵"问题,使这门新学科的建设获得一个坚实的理性基础,对其健康发展具有重要的理论与实践意义。River Ethics is a newly arisen interdisciplinary branch of humanities. The researchers＇ theoretical foundation of ethics must be enhanced if we hope to deepen this kind of study. Once the idea of poetic wisdom is established, such topics as ＂whether the Yellow River has life or not＂, or ＂＂ whether river ethics is possible or not＂ will be axioms which need no more discussions. The philosophical foundation of river ethics is what Marx points out ＂to create according to the law of beauty＂. So, it is important both in theory and in practice to bring forward the question of ＂enhancing the theoretical connotation of the study of river ethics＂ in order to establish a sound theoretical foundation for this new subject.
