摘　　要：各具特色而又富有活力的区域制度变迁多元化趋势,是中国转型取得初步成功的一个重要原因,也是目前日渐为世界认同的"中国经验"的一个重要组成部分,值得认真研究。一个大国的转型,即便有政治集权和政府主导的前提,只要选择了开放式的"干中学"路径,有一个相对开放、民主的制度环境和比较充分的激励,各地区对制度变迁发展机会和空间的选择必然是多元化的。The characteristic and dynamic trend of diversity in the change of regional system is a key factor for the preliminary success of Chinese transformation and an important part of ＂Chinese experience＂ accepted gradually in the world so it is worth the research. For the transformation of a big country even with the premise of political centralization and governmental guide, as long as it chooses an open path of ＂learning over working＂ and has a relatively open, democratic environment of systems and enough encouragement, there must be diverse choices for the chance and space of development in the change of system in various regions.
