驻京部队部分师职干部高血压保健知识与行为方式的现状调查

摘　　要：目的调查驻京部队部分师职干部高血压保健知识及行为方式的现状。方法对588名40～84岁的师职干部发放调查问卷,内容包括一般情况、高血压基础知识、生活方式及行为、高血压治疗情况。结果师职干部高血压患病率为36.1%,治疗率为80.7%,控制率为73.6%;高血压知识掌握中"血压控制到多少合适"知晓率86.1%,"吃盐多会引起血压升高"知晓率73.8%,"什么是高血压"知晓率70.2%,"高血压会引起那些疾病"知晓率60.0%;在健康行为方式中,40～59岁人群具有健康生活方式及行为的比例低于60岁以上人群。结论师职干部对高血压知识有一定掌握,但相差较大,越年轻的干部具有良好行为方式的比例越低,因此要针对不同人群,不同特点,制定相应的干预措施。年纪较轻的人以预防为主,老年高血压病患者以提高治疗依从性为主。Objective To investigate health care knowledge about hypertension and behavioral style of cadres on divisionlevel. Methods 588 cadres on division-level,aged 40-85 ,were investigated by questionnaire, which included general information, basic knowledge about hypertension, life style, behavior and treatment for hypertension. Results The incidence of hypertension was 36.1%. The treatment rate was 80.7%. 73.6% of cadres with hypertension had blood pressure well controlled. 86.1% cadres awared the suitable blood pressure level for hypertensives. 73.8% of cadres awared salty food increase blood pressure . 70.2% of cadres knew what＇s hypertension. 60.0% knew what consequent diseases resulted from hypertension. The percentage of cadres aged 40-59 with healthy life style was lower than aged over 60. Conclusions Cadres on division-level have got some knowledge about hypertension, however the differences are great. The younger cadres are with lower percentage of good life style. Consequently, intervention measures shall be made according to different characters, and prevention is more important for younger cadres and improving compliance for treatment is more important for older cadres with hypertension.
