摘　　要：目的探讨颈后路APOFIX内固定系统颈椎不稳的可行性。方法对12例颈椎不稳患者采用颈后路AP0FIX内固定系统行手术治疗。结果12例均获6～48个月随访,未见椎板夹松动、脱出及断裂,植骨全部融合。结论APOFIX系统操作简单、安全、稳定性好,适于多种颈椎疾病致颈椎不稳的后路固定。Objective To study the feasibility of APOFIX internal fixation system in treatment of disstability of cervical vertebrae through cervical posterior approach. Methods APOFIX internal fixation system were used tO treat 12 patients with disstability of cervical vertebrae. Results 12 patients were followed up for 6-48 months. No loose, displace and rupture of lamina clip were observed and the bone graft were completely fused. Conclusion APOFIX internal fixation system is a simple and safe and stable method. It is suitable to use in treating disstability of cervical vertebrae .
