摘 要:目的了解院前急救医护人员对血源性疾病防护、教育的认知状况。方法根据血源性疾病的传播方式和自身防护要求设计了调查表,对全市十二所急救网点的162名院前急救医护人员进行了问卷调查。结果25·66%的人员对防护知之甚少;21·71%的被调查者未接种乙肝疫苗;只有21·71%的被调查者接触患者前后经常洗手;经常戴手套的占27·63%;146人发生锐器伤,上报的只占27·4%。结论加强院前急救医护人员对血源性疾病防护知识教育提高在工作中的自身防护依从性,才能有效的避免或减少医护人员被血源性疾病感染。Objective To know the staff of the first aid whether they really get a thorough understanding of the prevention and education of the blood-borne disease. Methods we designed this questionnaire, basing on the mode of the spread of blood-borne diseases and the self-defense of the staff of first aid, and made a surveyed on 162 staff of first aid among 12 emergency networks of the city. Results Through the survey, we knew that 25.66% of the staff knew little about the protection of the blood-borne disease and 21.71% of the respondents didn't have HB self-protection education. Only 21.71% of the respondents admit that they wash their hands before and after they contacted patients. The staff who often woar gloves only accounted for 27.63%. 146 people were hurt by the sharp instrument, but only 27.4% of the medical accidents were reported to the superior. Conclusion It is only through the spread the knowledge of the first aid emergency medical protection for blood-borne diseases in the education and improvement in the work of self-protection that we can effectively avoid or reduce the chances that the first aid workers might infect by blood-borne diseases.
