摘  要:以玉米淀粉为原料,在常压下,采用氧化和醚化相结合的改性方法,合成羧甲基氧化淀粉胶粘剂。用正交试验法对影响产物粘度和粘合强度的因素进行了研究,并对反应条件进行了优化。结果表明,氢氧化钠和淀粉的用量对产物粘合强度的影响最大,其次是过氧化氢、硫酸铜和一氯乙酸,硼砂和温度的影响相对较小;而过氧化氢的用量对产物粘度的影响最大,其次是温度、硼砂、一氯乙酸、硫酸铜、氢氧化钠,淀粉的用量对产物粘度的影响相对较小;优化的工艺参数为:淀粉8.5~9g,30%氢氧化钠3.2ml,硫酸铜0.01g,30%过氧化氢0.06ml,硼砂0.06g,一氯乙酸0.04g,温度50℃。In normal pressure, carboxymethyl oxidation cornstarch adhesive was synthesized by combined etherification with oxidation. The factors of effect on viscosity and adhesive strength of product and the optimal condition by orthogonal experiment were studied. The results showed that the effect of dosage of NaOH and starch on adhesive strength of product is most in all factors, secondly the dosage of H2O2, CuSO4 and CH2ClCOOH, and the dosage of borax and reaction temperature are less. The effect of H2O2 dosage on viscosity of product is most in all factors, secondly the reaction temperature and the dosage of borax, CH2ClCOOH, CuSO4 and NaOH, and the dosage of starch are less. The optimal parameters were as follows: starch charge 8.5~9.0 g, 30%NaOH charge 3.2 ml, CuSO4 charge 0.01 g, 30% H2O2 charge 0. 06 ml, borax charge 0. 06 g, CH2ClCOOH charge 0. 04 g, reaction temperature 50 ℃.
