迟发性起搏器囊袋血肿的分析及处理

摘　　要：目的探讨起搏器置入患者迟发性囊袋血肿的发生率及其发生的原因。方法对我院346例次患者的一般情况、临床资料、起搏器置入的资料进行回顾性研究。结果346例患者中共有6例发生迟发性囊袋血肿，发生率为1．7％。结论迟发性囊袋血肿发生率较低，与抗凝药物及手术操作有关。Objective To determine the occurrence rate of delayed intra-pocket haemorrhage and its cause. Methods Retrospective study was made to analyse clinical characteristic and operating data of 346 cases. Results 6 patients produced delayed hemorrhage of intra-ocket of pacemaker in 346patients. Conclusion The incidence of delayed intra-pocket hemorrhage is low,and is related to anticongulation and performance of operation.
