摘　　要：目的探讨手术禁忌症在外科手术中对手术治疗指导的重要意义。方法分析12例有手术禁忌而行手术治疗者,术后均出现不同程度并发症。结论有手术禁忌症而行手术是不科学的,对病人不有害无益的,加大治疗难度及治疗中的危险性。Objective： To explore clinical magnificant related to the contraindicationduring operational treatment. Method： A total of 12 patients with operational contrindication treated by operation have different degree accompany syndrom after operation. The reason isthe patients treated operational contrindication. Conclusions： Treatment by operation with operational contrindication is not sciencetific. It is harmful to the patients and increase the danger of treament.
