摘　　要：目的讨论扩张型心肌病心律失常的观察及护理方法。方法对36例患者出现心律失常的种类、发生率、观察及护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果36例患者有32例患者发生心律失常,发生率为88.9%。34例好转出院,2例猝死,2例死于严重心力衰竭。结论准确的观察及护理能及时发现并有效控制扩张型心肌病患者恶性心律失常的发生。Objective Discuss the observation and the nursing method of Dilated cardiomyopathy arrhythmia. Methods Presents the heart rate abnormal type, the formation rate, the observation and the nursing method to 36 sufferers carry on the review analysis. Results 36 sufferers have 32 sufferers to take place arrbytbmia, the rate was 88.9%. 34 patients improved discharged ,2 cases of sudden death,2 patients died of serious heart failure. Conclusiou Accurate observation and nursing can discover in time also the effect control the malignant arrhythmia of Dilated cardiomyopathy patient.
