摘　　要：电子政务是提高政府行政管理和公共服务能力的有效途径。"数字林业"是辽宁省林业现代化建设的重要内容,也是林业电子政务系统工程的重要组成部分。通过MART[1]模型在辽宁林业体系中的研究应用,指导全省"数字林业"的开发与设计,实现有效整合,避免重复建设。E-government is the important way to enhance the administration and the public service. Digital forestry is an important content of modernization of forestry department in Liaoning Province, which is also vital element of system engineering in forestry eovernment. With the research and application on the model of MART, it not only can help the digital forestry＇s development and design, but also can integrate availably and avoid redundant construction.
