摘 要:采用壳聚糖与有机单体丙烯酰胺接枝共聚制备絮凝剂,并用此絮凝剂对活性染料废水进行混凝处理。考查了无机絮凝剂、有机絮凝剂、废水pH值等因素对处理效果的影响。实验结果表明,在pH值5-9,PAC用量500mg/L,壳聚糖改性絮凝剂用量6mg/L时,染料废水的脱色率可达95%以上,COD去除率高于74%。壳聚糖改性絮凝剂处理活性染料废水时,具有原料来源丰富、用量小、使用条件温和、成本较低、絮凝效果显著等优点。The modified chitosan was made by graft co-polymerization of chitosan and acrylamide, which was used to treat dyeing wastewater. The factors of the influence were discussed in this article, including inorganic flocculant, organic flocculant and the value of pH. The results indicated that when the factors were controlled at pH value 5-9, concentration of PAC and the modified chitosan 5 mg/L and 400 mg/L, the decolorization rates of chroma reached over 95 % , the removal rates of COD reached over 74 % . The modified chitosan has good qualities and the extending values as the flocculant for treating dyeing wastewater, which are the abundance source of the material, the little quantities, the gentle using conditions, the little cost, the remarkable flocculating effects.
