摘　　要：介绍了在毛纺设备上生产精纺羊绒纱的基础上,解决了绢丝静电大、绕毛、生产过程中毛粒清除难度大、精纺工序长、绢丝极易重新产生毛粒的技术难题。通过大量的试验摸索,总结出比较成熟的工艺流程、工艺参数、闷毛、和毛方法、加入助剂的种类和数量、加入方式。实践表明:用毛纺设备生产精纺绢绒混纺纱是可行的,打破了绢丝只能在粗纺、棉纺、半精纺设备上生产的历史,为精纺纱线增添了一个新品种。In this paper, it introduced the produce of worsted cashmere yarn with wool spinning equipment in detail.It overcame the difficulties of silk static, yam lapping, nep. By a mass of experiments, it worked out a series of mature technology. The results showed that is was feasible to produce worsted cashmere/silk blended yarn with wool spinning equipment.
