摘　　要：政务公开对社会主义政治民主的实现具有重大的现实意义。政务公开是人类民主发展的必然趋势;政务公开是保障公民权利、实现人民当家做主目标的前提;政务公开是提高政府行为的效率、防止腐败、推进政府公共决策的科学化、民主化的基本途径。Government affairs openess is of great realistic significance for the realization of socialist political democracy. It is the inevitable tendency of the development of democracy, the premise of protecting civil rights and realizing the goal of people being the masters of the nation and managing national affairs; the basic means to promote the efficiency of government behaviors, to prevent corruption and to promote the scientific and democratic decisions of public government policies.
