摘　　要：本文分析了网络化智能传感器的意义及特点,介绍了基于LON总线的网络化智能传感器的设计原理和方法,并以K型热电偶温度传感器为例,给出了具体的硬件电路和软件流程。采用了一种新型热电偶温度信号测量采样芯片AD595,成功解决了K型热电偶温度测量本身的非线性与冷端补偿问题,提高了测量精度。最后给出了实测热电势和标准热电势之间的对比结果,分析了系统的误差,结果表明该系统能够满足绝大多数工控领域对测温精度的要求。The significance and characteristics of the intelligent sensor are analyzed,and the theory and technique of intelligent sensor based on Lon-bus is introduced. And with a case of K-type thermocouple temperature sensor, the hardware and the software are presented. By the application of thermocouple measurement chip AD595, the.problem of the K-type thermocouple temperature measurement of the nonlinear and cold-junction compensation are successfully solved, and the measuring precision is greatly enhanced. It provides the contrast result between the hot electric potential of real-detecting and hot electric potential of standard, and analyses the error of the system finally.. The result indicates that this system is satisfied with the most precision request in temperature examining.
