摘　　要：电阻电容的传统测试方法需要拆卸电路板上的电子元件,比较烦琐,容易造成人为电子元件的损坏。基于上述原因,本文提出了一种基于USB接口虚拟在线电阻电容测试的方法,采用不拆卸电子元件进行参数检测,通过USB接口把检测数据上传到PC,在PC上开发上位机程序快速实现数据转化为参数的计算、显示、存储等功能。经过安装调试完全满足工程项目的应用。本检测仪利用PC,充分节省硬件成本,小巧美观,对电子维修和科研人员有很大的实用意义。The traditional test method of the resistance and capacity need dismantle the electronics on the circuit board component, and usually results in the artificial damage of the electronics component. According to these, this paper puts forward a kind of method that virtual on-line resistance and capacity test based on the USB, and the adoption does not dismantle the electronics component to carry on the parameter examination, which is sending the detected data to the PC through USB interface. Some other functions like quickly conversing data for calculating, displaying and memorizing, are accomplished by programming on the computer. It can meet the demands of project application well as its dapper aspect and low cost.
