摘 要:为研究抗紫外抗氧化性能为一体的功能有机物,设计合成含席佛碱片段的杯[4]芳烃衍生物4,用1HNMR、13CNMR、IR及MS((Maldi—Tof))表征新化合物的结构.研究4在波长280—400nm范围内的紫外光谱,用DPPH·法测定4对自由基的清除率,结果表明,4在325nm处有明显的紫外吸收,有抗UVA活性;它对DPPH·的清除率达到34%,有一定的抗氧化活性.实验还发现,4的中间体5,11,17,23-四叔丁基-25,27-二羟基-26,28-二(酰肼基甲氧基)杯[4]芳烃3对自由基清除率很高,可达90%左右.For developing the functional organic compound with anti -ultraviolet and anti -oxidation activity simultaneously, calix [ 4 ] arene derivative containing Schiff - base fraction 4 was designed and synthesized. The structure of 4 was confirmed by 1HNMR, 13CNMR ,IR and MS( Maldi -Tof). Ultraviolet absorption spectrometry at range of 280 - 400 nm and the efficiency of radical scavenging of 4 were tested. The results showed that 4 demonstrated anti solar UVA activity due to its obvious ultraviolet absorption at 325nm and a certain anti - oxidation activity for the efficiency of radical scavenging of 34%. It's also found that compound 3, 4, 5, 11,17 - tert - butyl - 25,27 dihydroxyl - 26,28 di ( hydrazide group methoxyl) calix [4] arene, the intermediate of 4, was with high efficiency of radical scavenging about 90%.
