摘 要:建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定中药材宣木瓜中21种元素含量的方法.采用微波消解处理样品,并考察了不同元素间相互干扰,采用ICP—AES同时测定21种元素.对所测定元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4%,回收率在98%~102%之间,结果可信度高.该研究所建立的方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高的优点,可用于质量控制,并为中药材宣木瓜中21种元素含量测定提供了方法,为进一步开发和利用宣木瓜提供了科学依据.To establish a ICP - AES method for the determination of multiplex trace elements in traditional Chinese medicines of Xuancheng's pawpaw. The samples were digested by closed - versel microwave. The 21 metals were directly analyzed by ICP -AES. The mutual interference of the 21 elements and the treatment of the sample were studied in details. Result was that for all of the analyzed elements , the relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than 4% and the recoveries of most elements were in the range of 98.0% - 102.0%. This method was simple convenient,quick and accurate. The method can be used for the quality control of trace elements in traditional Chinese medicines of pawpaw and for develop and making use of Xuancheng's pawpaw to provide science the basis further.
