摘 要:采用沉降后浇带来减少高层建筑与裙房或地下车库之间的差异沉降,后浇带封闭前,按后浇带分成的几个单体建筑,考虑其相互影响,计算沉降变形;沉降后浇带封闭后,按大底盘结构-基础-地基共同作用进行沉降分析。两阶段沉降分析结果互相叠加,沉降后浇带的封闭时间可以根据封闭后沉降后浇带两侧的差异沉降来控制,一般差异沉降不超过10-15mm。对沉降后浇带的位置、构造及封闭时间提出了控制建议。Delay poured settlement strips technique which is used in reducing the settlement difference between tall building and podiums is introduced. Before the delay poured settlement strips are closed, the settlement of each building is calculated considering the interralationship. After the delay poured settlement strips are closed, it is analyzed considering the combined action of enlarged base structure, foundation and soil. The settlements of the two stages are superposed, and the closed time can be controlled according to the different settlment. Normally the different settlment is less than 10 - 15mm. The pouring criterion of settlement is also put forward.
