摘  要:针对复杂曲面的环形刀五轴加工,建立了二阶泰勒逼近下的加工带宽模型与刀轴倾角之间的函数关系。通过分析函数变化规律,基于刀具切削刃与被加工曲面的形状匹配原则自动计算满足局部可铣性充分条件的后跟角,并以最大化加工带宽为目的优化侧偏角。算例表明,该算法能有效地缩短加工路径,提高加工效率。This paper focused on the 5--axis milling of free--form surfaces with the toroidal--end cutter. First, the function between the machined strip width based on second order approximations and the tool orientation was constructed and analyzed. Second, according to the principle that the cutting shape of the cutter matches the designed surface at the cutter contact point, the inclination angle which satisfied the local millable condition was calculated automatically. Finally, the optimal tilt angle was determined by maximizing the machined strip width. Examples show that the algorithm presented herein is feasible and the results are with shorter tool path and efficiency.
