摘 要:为解决由冷轧来料带钢断面形状不良而引起的钢卷局部突起缺陷,提出了以合理控制带钢断面形状和比例凸度为目标的热轧工作辊辊型优化方法,利用合理的辊型曲线来补偿磨损辊型等因素对带钢断面形状的不良影响。基于实际生产状况与轧制板形理论的研究建立了优化设计数学模型,设计了辊型曲线并进行了优化计算分析。生产试验表明,优化辊型明显改善了冷轧来料带钢断面形状,钢卷局部突起缺陷治理效果显著,给企业创造了巨大的经济效益。To solve defect of local convexity of steel coil caused by bad profile of cold--rolled strip, which was inherited from bad profile of hot--rolled strip, an optimization way of work roll contour was presented based on the objective functions of strip profile and proportion crown for repairing bad profile of hot--rolled strip. The optimization model was established based on the research of practical production conditions and shape flatness theory, then roll contour and calculation analysis were devel- oped. Production experiments show that strip profile is obviously improved, and defect rate is greatly reduced by the technique of contour optimization,which brings enormously economic benefits for corporations.
