摘 要:基于对产品人机接触面形态的概率和接触力学等特性的分析,提出了基于人体形态与产品曲面形态的相似性和人机接触压力的能量优化曲面形态设计方法。考虑载荷大小、接触压力分布状态、曲面材料特性设置、曲面光顺性等,拟订了人机曲面形态设计的能量函数与求解方法,并建立了基于能量优化的产品曲面人机设计过程模型,结合理论建模、实验数据分析和编程实践,建立了从实验数据到产品人机接触面形态的映射机制,以座椅曲面设计为实例实现了基于接触压力实验数据的能量优化设计方法,并对设计结果做了比较分析。For the purpose of getting high ergonomics quality shape of complex human--product contacting surface, human body shape and interface pressure need to be considered. The distributive feature and interface pressure of product interface were analyzed, and an energy optimization design method based on interface pressure was proposed. The energy functions and the solving equations were given, with a design procedure model based on energy optimization theory, considering the load, pressure distribution, surface material property setting and smoothness. The basic mechanism is built to realize the mapping from experimental data to product interface shape. The design method was used to design the seat surface for result evaluation. The mapping rules from interface pressure to product shape were discussed,with a comparison of the result interface shapes.
