摘  要:分析了中性点采用消弧线圈接地的矿井高压电网漏电故障稳态特性,提出了基于检测零序电流谐波方向和零序电压大小的选择性漏电保护原理,设计了相应的五次谐波提取电路和功率方向鉴别电路。实验结果表明该系统性能稳定,动作可靠,在矿山具有重要的应用价值。In this paper, it is analyzed that the steady-state characteristics of leakage faults in the mine HV power network which neutral point is grounded through arc suppression coils. It is proposed that the selective leakage protection principle based on the detecting harmonic direction of zero sequence current as well as the value of zero sequence voltage. The correspondent circuits of the fifth harmonic extracting and power direction detecting are designed. The experimental results show that the protective system is stable, reliable and is valuable.for mining industry.
