摘 要:提出了容器原理以解决概念设计中引入流体所面临的定位和功能建模问题,为解决"流体定位功能-流体定位结构"映射提出了容器面的概念,并分析了容器面与定位刚体的使定面的不同之处,指出以流体为主要操作对象的产品的概念设计即支持功能传递的容器的设计。主要研究了能量转换为主的容器产品的概念设计过程,针对设计自动化提出了一系列容器模式并设计了编码规则,最后通过一个实例验证了容器原理的适用性。Vessel Principle was put forward to solve the problem of fluid workpiece positioning and function modeling in conceptual design, Vessel Surface concept was built to handle the mapping of fluid positioning function-fluid positioning structure'. The difference between Vossel Surface and Make Genralized Locating Surface of solid was analyzed, and the conceptual design of fluid workpiece operating products was pointed out to be the design of vessel prototype which supporting function transferring. Then Conceptual design process of vessel products mainly of energy conversion was studied, a series of Vessel Pattern was put forward to support design automation, and the code rule for Vessel Pattern was made. Finally, through a case study, the feasibility of the methodology was proved.
