摘  要:常用零部件的三维重用建模可提高设计效率。在UGNX平台上,建立包括几何信息和非几何信息表达的,支持设计各阶段的零部件族可重用信息模型;论述了部件族分级建库原理和方法,分别建立部件、子装配、零件相应的模板模型和族表,部件和子装配层的成员属性封装其组成元件(下一级子装配和零件)的信息,通过成员属性建立部件、子装配、零件间的联系,实现分层模型驱动,对零件库进行重用,自动生成部件实例模型;应用部件族分级建库方法,高效的建立了对角导柱滑动冲压模架零部件重用库。Three-dimension modeling for commonly reusable components can improve design efficiency. In UGNX platform, reusable information model is established on part families, including the expression of geometric and non-geometric information to support the various stages of design. The principles and methods of grading to construct part families is discussed, which establishes the respective corresponding template models and the family tables for components, sub-assemblies and parts. The member attribute of components and sub-assembly encapsulate lower level sub-assembly and parts information. The links between components, sub-assemblise and parts are established through member attribute, achieving the hierarchical model, reusing parts library, and automatic producing component member model. For an example, with the method of grading to construct component families, the reuse library of stamping die component is established efficiently for die design.
