摘 要:基于有限元技术进行贴片机整机模态分析。建立贴片机的数学模型和有限元模型;基于建立的模型,对影响装配体固频与振型的因素进行了仿真分析;根据分析结果,优化模型并进行了整机的模态分析;最后对仿真结果进行了实验验证。分析结果表明,动静比(动物体质量/静物体质量)越小,整机固频越小;重心越高,固频越小;优化模型的1阶固频得到提高,避开了控制系统的激振频率,能有效地提高整机的动态性能。The modal analysis of the automatic placement machine is made based on FEM technology. Both the mathematic model and the FEM model are built. The simulation is done for the factors that impact the natural frequency and the mode shapes. The system model is optimized and the mode analysis of the whole machine is made. Finally, the experiment is performed to validate the simulation results. The results indicate that the smaller the mass ratio of moving object to still object is, the smaller the natural frequency is ; the higher the center of gravity is, the smaller the natural frequency is; and the first order natural frequency of the optimized model is improved, so it avoids the exciting frequency of the control system and can increase the system dynamic performance.
