摘 要:采用外循环(EC)厌氧反应器处理啤酒废水,考察了其处理效果和颗粒污泥的形成及其性能。结果表明,以好氧剩余污泥为接种污泥,采用低负荷、高去除率的启动方式,可使污泥很快实现颗粒化,所形成的颗粒污泥沉降性能良好,粒径主要集中在0.8~2.0mm。系统稳定运行期,当进水COD为2000~4000mg/L、碱度为1000~1500mg/L、温度为30~32℃、容积负荷为10~12kgCOD/(m3.d)时,系统对COD的去除率稳定在80%左右。外循环厌氧反应器处理啤酒废水的效果良好、运行稳定、抗冲击负荷能力强。External circular anaerobic reactor was applied to treat brewery wastewater, and the treatment effect, the granular sludge formation and its characteristics were investigated. The results show that using aerobic excess sludge as seeding sludge, and applying a start-up mode with low load and high removal rate, the granular sludge can be formed quickly, its settleability is good and its size is mainly in the range of 0.8 to 2.0 mm. During the stable operation period, when the influent COD is 2 000 to 4 000 mg/L, alkalinity is 1 000 to 1 500 mg/L, temperature is 30 to 32 ℃ and volume loading rate is 10 to 12 kgCOD/(m^3 · d) , the COD removal rate is about 80%. It is concluded that the external circular anaerobic reactor can effectively treat brewery wastewater. The reactor operates stably and has stronger resistanee to shock loading.
