关节镜治疗胫骨髁间嵴撕脱性骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察关节镜辅助治疗前交叉韧带（ACL）撕脱性骨折的方法和效果。方法选择ACL撕脱性骨折33例，Meyers和McKeeverⅡ型11例，Ⅲ型19例，Ⅳ型3例。关节镜辅助下骨折复位，克氏针钻孔，钢丝内固定。结果术后随访6～12个月，术后1个月膝关节屈伸功能正常，术后2个月放射学检查骨折位置良好，12个月拆除钢丝。结论关节镜辅助下治疗ACL撕脱性骨折具有创伤小，固定简单，关节功能恢复快的优点。Objective To review an arthroscopic technique using suture fixation for repair of the tibial eminence fractures. Methods A review of 33 patiernts with 11 Meyers and McKeever type Ⅱ , 19 Ⅲ and 3 Ⅳ fractures of the tibial eminence treated with arthroscopic suture fixation were conducted. Results Mean follow-up time was 7 months（range, 6 to 12 months）. At follow-up evaluation, the range of motion return to their previous normal levels （rang, 0° to 130°）. All patients underwent X-ray examination that confirmed the fracture have been healed in 2 months except 2 cases, and pulled out fixation in 12 months. Conclusion The technique of arthroscopic internal fixation of avulsed tibial eminence fractures in 33 cases is very useful in dealing with the fractures in simple fixation, minimal trauma, quick recovery.
