摘 要:对四角切圆锅炉数值模拟的伪扩散现象结合其产生根源进行了研究,提出了一种针对切圆锅炉网格划分的评价方法。该方法只需知道主气流轨迹曲线方程,就可评出较优的网格体系。采用3种网格体系对三菱公司生产的MB-FRR型锅炉的炉内空气动力场进行了冷态模拟,模拟结果与实际情况符合最好的网格体系为较优者,这与上述网格评价方法得出的结论相吻合。该方法的提出对四角切圆锅炉内空气动力场的三维模拟有参考价值。The pseudo-diffusion is studied associated with its origin in the process of numerical simulation, and an efficient method for the evaluation of mesh generating towards tangentially-fired boiler is suggested. The optimum mesh structure can be judged only with the curve equation of main airflow's track. Three different mesh systems are adopted to simulate the aerodynamic flow field of the MB-FRR boiler produced by Mitsubishi. The one whose simulated result is in the best accordance with the actual data is considered to be the best one, which is in coincidence with the above anal ysis based on the evaluation method. The application of the method has great importance to the three dimensional simulation of aerodynamic flow field for tangentially-fired boiler.
