摘 要:电力市场建立后,公平竞争成为电力市场最重要和基本的原则。虽然在电力市场交易过程中,输电网的损耗只占全部成本的很小一部分,但是对具体的交易和电网用户却可能有很大的影响。发电报价网损修正问题作为区域发电侧电力市场面临的主要问题之一,已受到各市场成员和许多学者的普遍关注。针对我国区域电力市场发电侧竞争的模式,从功率分解和功率分量的归属问题出发,分析了电力网络支路功率的功率分量组成与功率分量的归属,并通过建立负荷电流与电源电流的分配系数矩阵,提出了一种基于电流追踪的网损修正因子计算方法。该方法建立在严格的理论基础之上,物理概念清晰直观,分析方法严谨合理,对电力市场条件下的发电报价修正具有实际应用意义。With the development of electricity market, fair competition becomes the most important and basic principle. Although the transmission losses account for a very small part in the full cost of the electric transactions, how to allocate the transmission losses has great effects on the special trade and the network customers. As one of the main problems in regional generation-side electricity market, special attention of market participants and market researchers is paid to network loss modification for bidding prices. For model based on the regional generation-side electricity market in China. a network loss modification factor calculation method is proposed based on current tracing. This method has characteristic of clear physical conception. The analysis result of IEEE nine bus system is presented, which shows that the method is reasonable and available in practical applications.
