慢性前列腺炎中医证型与常用生物学指标的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性前列腺炎(CP)常用生物学指标与中医证型的相关性。方法制定调查表,在7家医院的中医男科调查CP患者1322例,采用SAS6.12软件进行多类多指标判别分析。结果10项常用生物学指标对调查得到的11类证型及组合的正判率依次为:32.58%、33.33%、0.00%、58.33%、14.71%、26.32%、23.08%、33.33%、10.00%、29.81%、20.97%。结论CP常用生物学指标对中医证型的诊断价值不大。Objective To investigate the correlation between biological indexes and TCM syndrome types of chronic prostatitis （CP）. Methods Questionnaires were used in 1 322 CP cases collected from the departments of andrology of 7 hospitals. The software SAS 6.12 was used to analyze multiple types and multiple indexes. Results The correct judgment rate of 10 common biological indexes for 11 syndrome types and their combinations were 32.58 %, 33.33 %, 0.00 %, 58.33 %, 14.71%, 26.32 %, 23.08 %, 33.33 %, 10. 00 %, 29.81% and 20.97% in turn. Conclusions Common biological indexes of CP are not significant for the diagnosis of TCM syndrome types.
