摘 要:目的:建立反相离子对高效液相色谱法测定硝酸益康唑溶液的含量。方法:HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);流动相:含0.003mol.L-1庚烷磺酸钠的0.05mol.L-1的磷酸二氢钾溶液:甲醇(3:7)(磷酸调pH值至3.5);流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:271nm;柱温:室温。结果:硝酸益康唑在浓度为0.20~0.55g.L-1时成线性关系,y=3.804×l04+1.474×106,r=0.9999平均回收率为101.18%,RSD为0.7%。结论:该法简便,可靠,准确,可作为硝酸益康唑溶液的含量测定方法。Objective:To establish an ion pair RP-HPLC method for determination of Econazole Nitrate. Method:The HPLC method was carried out with a D iamonsil C18 (4. 6 mm× 200 mm,5 μm)column and mobile phase consisted of 0. 05 mol · L^-1 potassium dihydro- gen phosphate solution containing 0. 003 mol · L^-1 sodium heptanesulfonate-methanol(3:7 ), adjusted to pH 3.5 by phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0mg · ml^-1 ,and the wavelength was set at 271 nm. Results:Econazole Nitrate standard curves were hner in the range of 0.20 - 0. 55 g · L^- 1 ( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 101.18% ( RSD = 0. 78% ). Conclusion: The method is simple,reliable and accurate for content determination of Econazole Nitrate solution.
