摘　　要：本文对独立学院图书馆部主任现状进行了分析，并提出一个部主任所应具备的素质和能力以及怎样才能当好独立学院图书馆的部主任。The article analyses the current situation of the department director of independent college libraries, and point outs the quality and ability which a department director should have, as well as how to be a department director of independent college libraries.
