摘　　要：为了解决异步电动机,尤其是中、大容量电动机的起动冲击电流对电网和电动机本体带来的影响,研制了一种基于晶闸管串并联技术、电力电子技术和PID控制理论的中压固态软起动装置。该装置具有多种起动方式、较大的起动电压和电流调节范围、多种综合保护措施以及软停止功能,并在6kV异步电动机上进行了试验,试验结果证明了该装置的有效性和实用性。Power system and the motors have always been influenced by the current surge of induction motors, especially medium or high capacity induction motors. To solve the problem, a solid soft-starter based on series thyristor technology, power electronic technology and PID theory is proposed. This device can start induction motors softly in several ways. It has wide range of starting voltage and current, many kinds of protective measures and the function of soft stop. The proposed device has been experimented on a 6 kV induction motor and the results proved its validity and practicability.
